Terms And Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms


By accessing or using aarohi.shop (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.


2. Eligibility


  1. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform.
  2. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.


3. Account registration


  1. You may be required to create an account using your name, mobile number, email address, and a password.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. You agree to notify aarohi.shop immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.


4. Products and descriptions


  1. aarohi.shop lists products with images, descriptions, specifications, and prices for your reference.
  2. Product images are for illustrative and reference purposes only.
  3. While the product type, category, and core features will match the description, the color, pattern, or minor design details of the actual product delivered may differ from the images shown on the Platform due to photographic lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches, or design variations.
  4. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that such variations in color or design do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.


5. Pricing and payment


  1. All prices for products are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Prices may or may not include applicable taxes, which will be shown at checkout as per prevailing law.
  3. You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout using the available payment methods (such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, cash on delivery, etc., as applicable).
  4. Orders may be cancelled or refused if payment is not successfully completed or if there is any suspected fraudulent activity.


6. Order placement and acceptance


  1. By placing an order on aarohi.shop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms.
  2. Order confirmation (via SMS, email, or in-app notification) acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
  3. aarohi.shop reserves the right to accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.


7. Shipping and delivery


  1. aarohi.shop aims to deliver products within 1–2 days from the date of order confirmation, subject to your location, product availability, logistics constraints, and unforeseen circumstances.
  2. The 1–2 day delivery timeline is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather, strikes, holidays, or incorrect address).
  3. Delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
  4. You are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address and contact details. Failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details will be your responsibility.

8. Returns, refunds, and exchanges


  1. aarohi.shop offers a limited return and exchange policy, applicable only when the wrong item or wrong size is delivered compared to what you ordered.
  2. A “wrong item” means the main product (brand/model/type) is completely different from what you ordered. For example, if you ordered Rupa Macroman and received Rupa Frontline, this will be treated as a wrong item.
  3. Differences in color, print, or minor design details are not treated as a wrong item. Product images shown on the Platform are for reference only, and the actual product delivered may have a different color, print, or design variation while remaining the same type/model of product.


8.1 Cases eligible for return or exchange


  1. You may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:
  2. The product received is a completely different item (brand/model/type) from the one you ordered.
  3. The size delivered is different from the size you ordered.
  4. In these eligible cases, only exchange is available (subject to stock availability); refunds are not provided except where legally required.
  5. aarohi.shop reserves the right to verify your claim (including product photos, packaging, and labels) before approving a return or exchange.

8.2 Cases not eligible for return or refund


  1. The following situations are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
  2. The product is the correct type/brand/model, but the color, design, pattern, or print differs from the images shown on the Platform.
  3. Minor variations due to lighting, photography, screen display settings, or manufacturing variations.
  4. Change of mind, dislike of color/print, or personal preference after delivery.
  5. By placing an order, you accept that product images are for illustrative purposes only and that such differences do not qualify as a wrong item.


8.3 Process and timelines


  1. You must raise a return or exchange request within 5 days of delivery through the Platform or customer support, providing order details and reason for the request.
  2. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact at the time of pick-up.
  3. If your request is approved, aarohi.shop will arrange for pick-up and will process an exchange only for the correct item/size, subject to availability.
  4. If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability or other genuine reasons, aarohi.shop may, at its sole discretion and where required by law, process a refund or store credit.


9. User obligations


You agree not to:

  1. Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  2. Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Platform or its networks.
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
  4. Post or transmit any abusive, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content.


10. Intellectual property


  1. All content on aarohi.shop, including logos, text, graphics, images, icons, and software, is owned by or licensed to aarohi.shop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  2. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission.


11. Third-party services


  1. The Platform may include links or integrations to third-party websites, payment gateways, or services.
  2. aarohi.shop is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, and use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.


12. Limitation of liability


  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aarohi.shop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform or from any products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
  2. aarohi.shop’s total liability for any claim relating to the products or the Platform will be limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.


13. Disclaimer of warranties


  1. The Platform and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  2. aarohi.shop does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.


14. Indemnity


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless aarohi.shop, its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  1. Your use or misuse of the Platform or products.
  2. Your breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.
  3. Your violation of any rights of a third party.


15. Changes to terms


  1. aarohi.shop may modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
  2. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.


16. Termination


  1. aarohi.shop may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the Platform or other users.
  2. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, but obligations incurred prior to termination (including payment obligations) will survive.


17. Governing law and jurisdiction


  1. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna jurisdiction
