Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions applicable to the cancellation of orders placed on Aarohi.shop (“Website”, “Platform”, or “We/Us/Our”). By placing an order on Aarohi.shop, the customer (“User” or “You”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms described below.

1. Applicability of Cancellations

Order cancellation by the user shall be permitted only before the order has been dispatched or marked as “Out for Delivery.” Once an order has been processed for shipment or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation shall no longer be permissible under any circumstances.

Users are advised to review their orders carefully before confirming payment to avoid subsequent cancellation requests.

2. Procedure for Cancellation

To cancel an eligible order, the user must:

1. Log in to their registered Aarohi.shop account.
2. Navigate to the My Orders section.
3. Select the relevant order and click on the Cancel Order option.
4. Confirm the cancellation request before shipment status changes to “Out for Delivery.”

Upon successful cancellation, the user will receive a confirmation notification via email or through their registered Aarohi.shop account.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

1. If payment has already been made for an order that is successfully canceled before dispatch, the amount shall be credited to the user’s Aarohi.shop Wallet within two (2) to five (5) business days.
2. The refunded wallet balance may only be used for subsequent purchases on Aarohi.shop and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to any external account.

4. Orders Ineligible for Cancellation

Cancellations shall not be accepted if:

1. The order has already been shipped, out for delivery, or delivered to the customer.
2. The order contains items marked as non-cancellable or final sale at the time of purchase.
3. The user fails to initiate a cancellation request before the order status changes to “Out for Delivery.”

In such cases, the user may refer to the Return and Refund Policy for further applicability.

5. Cancellation by Aarohi.shop

Aarohi.shop reserves the right to cancel an order, partially or completely, under the following conditions:

1. Product unavailability or stock issues.
2. Pricing or technical errors displayed on the Website.
3. Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of Aarohi.shop’s terms and conditions.
4. Delivery location falling outside our serviceable area.

In such cases, the amount paid shall be refunded to the customer’s Aarohi.shop Wallet within the standard processing period.

6. Modification of Policy

Aarohi.shop reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this Cancellation Policy at any time, without prior notice. Such amendments shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the Website. Users are encouraged to review this section periodically for any updates.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In case of any dispute, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in patna , India.
