Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for purchases made on Aarohi.shop (“Website”, “Platform”, or “We/Us/Our”). By purchasing from Aarohi.shop, the customer (“User” or “You”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.


1. Applicability of Refunds

Refunds shall only be applicable under the following circumstances:

  1. The product received is incorrect (different from the ordered product in model or type).
  2. The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Please note that variations in color, pattern, or minor design elements shall not be deemed as grounds for refund. Product photographs displayed on the Website are for illustrative and reference purposes only. Differences arising from lighting conditions, screen resolutions, or manufacturer variations shall not qualify as “wrong item.”

For instance, if a user purchases Rupa underwear in size 85 cm and receives a grey-colored variant instead of the color displayed online, it shall not be considered an incorrect product for refund purposes.


2. Mode of Refund

Aarohi.shop does not issue refunds in cash, bank transfer, or to any external payment method.

All approved refunds shall be credited exclusively to the user’s Aarohi.shop Wallet.

  1. The wallet credit may be utilized for future purchases conducted solely on Aarohi.shop.
  2. The wallet balance is non-withdrawablenon-transferable, and cannot be converted into any other form of monetary disbursement.


3. Refund Processing Timeline

Upon verification and approval of a refund request, the credited amount shall reflect in the customer’s Aarohi.shop Wallet within two (2) to five (5) business days. Customers shall be notified via email or their registered Aarohi.shop account upon completion of the refund process.


4. Refund Request Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The user must report the issue to Aarohi.shop within forty-eight (48) hours of product delivery.
  2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  3. The user must provide valid proof of claim, including but not limited to order ID, unboxing videos, and clear images evidencing the defect or discrepancy.

Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions may result in rejection of the refund request.


5. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund claim, the user shall:

  1. Log in to their registered Aarohi.shop account.
  2. Navigate to the My Orders section.
  3. Select the relevant order and choose the Request Refund option.
  4. Submit supporting documentation (images, videos, or written description).
  5. Await review and confirmation of eligibility by Aarohi.shop’s customer support team.

Approved refunds will be processed strictly as per the timeline mentioned in Section 3 of this Policy.


6. Exclusions


Refunds shall not be entertained under the following conditions:

  1. Claims based on size issues, fit preferences, or subjective dissatisfaction.
  2. Changes in personal preferences after purchase.
  3. Failure to submit requests within the stipulated time frame.
  4. Products purchased during special promotional sales or clearance events, unless proven defective.


7. Modification and Jurisdiction

Aarohi.shop reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Users are advised to review this section periodically to stay informed of any changes.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in patna , India.
